1、Do you offer discount for bulk order?
We offer a 5% discount if the product total price is over US$1,000, 10% off over US$2,500, and 15% off over US$5,000 as the wholesale discount. Pre-order & promotional products are not included. If you need to order more than US$30,000 or 200 pieces per style, color, or size, please contact our online sale manager directly or by email at sales@lovesoftyoga.com.
2、Is your size chart true to size?
Lovesoftyoga.com offer standardized US size systerm and manual measurement on each product. Please refer to "size chart" section in each product for more details.
3、Do you accept OEM?
Yes, OEM condition is welcomed, and the minimum quantity depends on the items you order. Please send us the clear model pictures you want to order to us. We will submit them to our Designers. Once we have the material, we could produce for you in time. If you have not, we will search for them for you, and then produce. And send the samples with other items you order to you first so that you could check.
4、Are your photos exactly the same as the products?
We take great care to ensure that our photos accurately represent the products we offer. Our photos are taken with professional equipment and lighting to capture the details, colors, and textures as precisely as possible. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions when viewing the products in person. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that match your expectations based on the photos you see.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our clothing. We source only premium fabrics and materials to ensure our clothing is durable, comfortable, and stylish. Our products are made by skilled professionals with attention to detail, ensuring each piece meets our high standards. We have a rigorous quality control process in place at every stage of production. Each item is thoroughly inspected before it reaches you to ensure it meets our quality criteria.
6、How do you ship our order?
We ship by international express parcel EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse( CT / CA / NJ / LA) under the guidance of a sales manager.
7、How long dose it take to receive my order?
Generally, products will be shipped within 48 hours after you place an order, and it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive at the destination in the United States. Special products such as Pre-order and out-of-stock products need to be scheduled for delivery 2 days after the actual arrival time.
8、How to calculated the shippment cost?
Shipping cost is based on weight, so the more you buy, the more you save. For example, the EMS Express rate is almost the same whether you send 1 or 5 items. The heavier the parcel, the cheaper the postage per KG.
9、Do I need to pay the taxes and import duties?
Local taxes and import duties may apply in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The purchaser or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
10、How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment online directly. You can pay by Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Western Union payment. If you want to pay us through Bank or Western Union, please contact us for receiver's information.
11、Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations before despatch. Shipped order cannot be cancelled.
12、Can I return my order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the delivery charge. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or faulty due to our fault, the consumer is not obliged to pay the delivery charge for this reason. No restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product.
13、How to deal with if the item is defective?
We are sorry if the item is faulty and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help. Firstly, if the item is faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Second, please send the photo of the defective items to our sales manager via online live chat or email, we will make a partial refund to your original payment method or your Dear-Lover account balance according to your requirement. Thirdly, if we can't identify it, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
